Report violations of your rights!
First, make sure you know your rights!
Disability Rights North Carolina is here to help. Let us know if you have questions. We can help you report voting rights violations.
If anyone or any agency violates your voting rights, you have options to get help. First, you can report voting rights violations to:
- Your local County Board of Elections (opens in new window)
- The State Board of Elections at 919-733-7173
Then, your report does not address the problem or you feel more comfortable speaking to someone else, you can call:
- Election Protection
- The National Federation of the Blind Election Day Hotline (1-877-632-1940)
- Disability Rights NC at 877-235-4210 (888-268-5535 TTY)
But you’re not done! The best way to protect your rights is to stay engaged.
